		What is LASIK?

		The entire lasik procedure is done with anesthetic eye drops. There is no injection or general anesthesia. The treatment time is very short. The whole correction procedure lasts about 10-15 minutes of which the actual laser time will be less then a minute. The whole procedure is entirely painless. The laser at the center is accompanied by an "Active Eye Tracker", which continuously monitors the eye position to ensure correct treatment. There is no bandaging or hospitalization and you can leave the Center half an hour later. Your routine work can be resumed in 24-48 hours, with very few restrictions.

		C3R (Collagen bonding)
		This procedure is used for keratoconus to cause further cross bonding of the corneal collagen fibres & to arrest the progression of keratoconus.
		In this procedure, the cornea is gently scraped, Riboflavin eye drops are instilled & the cornea is exposed to UV radiation. The entire procedure takes about 1 hour.
		The purpose of this procedure is to cause arrest of the progression of keratoconus.
